Join Us for the Winter Wonderland Grotto!

As November arrives, it’s officially Christmas time here at Pier Point Bar & Restaurant, and we’re thrilled to bring back our much-loved Winter Wonderland Grotto for another magical season! Starting from 29th November, we invite families to create special Christmas memories while supporting a wonderful cause, with all proceeds going directly to Rowcroft Hospice.

Our Winter Wonderland Grotto is the perfect family Christmas experience. Step into the magic of the season as cheerful elves welcome your little ones to meet Santa, who has a special gift waiting for each child. After meeting Santa, the festivities continue with a fun activity sheet, a delicious hot chocolate and cookie – all for just £16 per child!

The grotto perfectly coincides with the Bay of Lights Torquay Illumination Trail, creating a festive day out by the sea. Why not combine your grotto visit with a walk along the lights trail or a trip to the panto for the ultimate Christmas experience?

Bookings are now live at Pier Point’s website, and spots are filling up fast! Plus, if you book before 18th November, your family could win the Golden Ticket – a special prize offering a free meal and drinks at Pier Point! The winner will be announced in the week commencing 18th November, so book early for a chance to win.

The holidays are all about giving, and we’re proud to dedicate all profits from the grotto to Rowcroft Hospice, which provides essential care for people with life-limiting illnesses across South Devon. As Lorraine Arnold, owner of Pier Point, shares, “Christmas is a time of joy and giving, and we’re thrilled to bring back our Winter Wonderland Grotto. It’s a magical experience for families and an opportunity to support a cause close to our hearts. Rowcroft Hospice does incredible work in our community, and we’re proud to help through this festive event.”
