The Q AWARD is run by the NFFF, of which we are proud members. We were the first in the bay to gain this accreditation in 2018, and have retained it every year since. In order to gain this prestigious award we had to show we follow best practices in all areas of our business, which in turn, enables us to produce the very best Fish & Chips. Wherever you see the big Q, you can be sure you will be receiving a quality product from one of the bet Chippies in the UK!

The Taste of the West Awards programme has been promoting and supporting the South West food and drink industry for three decades and is now the region’s most prestigious, sustainable food and drink awards programme. We are very proud member of Taste of the West and have a passion about the area and quality of the products that are produced here. We take pride in supporting our local suppliers where possible.

Our affiliation with the Sustainable Restaurant Association is our part in making the hospitality trade more sustainable and providing a better future for generations to come. The choices we make around the food we grow, cook, serve and eat are our biggest impact on the natural world. Where possible our produce is sourced from the most sustainable suppliers. From our fish to our potatoes we consciously make choices which are better for the environment and the natural world.
